Customize, Automate or Resend the New User Notification

When a new user account is created, an automatic email message can be sent. You can turn notifications on/off, customize the notification or resend the notification to selected trainees.

Turn notification on/off

  1. Click the Administration tab..
  2.  Click New User Notification.
  3. Turn the messages on or off using the radio button at the top.
  4. Click Update.

To customize the New User Notification

  1. Click the Administration tab.
  2.  Click New User Notification.
  3. Turn the message on or off using the radio button at the top.
  4. Enter a subject line and customized email message in the text box.
  5. You can optionally test the email message by clicking the test button. The message will be sent only to your email address for review.
  6. Click Modify Message. Then click Finished.

Resend Notifications

  1. Click the Administration tab. Then click System Settings.
  2. Click New User Notification.
  3. Click Resend New User Notification.
  4. Select the recipients from the user list. To select multiple recipients use the Control or Shift key.
  5. Click Resend New User Notification Message.
